Compatibility and important limits

• 128GB is shared by the CPU, GPU and system software; it is not a separate 128GB discrete VRAM pool.
• Use ARM64-compatible software and supported containers/drivers; do not assume existing x86 Windows software will run natively.
• This exact variant contains a Gen4 SSD. The similarly named ATAGB10-9000 Gen5 configuration is a different ordering code.
• Check supported QSFP media, firmware and peer/network configuration. Connecting systems does not automatically create one pooled memory space or double application speed.
• Use manufacturer-documented external expansion. This compact complete computer is not a standard internal PCIe multi-GPU desktop kit.

Product registration may be required for the full range of global warranty services. The regional service centre determines the available repair route.

How to start a claim: Contact Mineshop support with your order number, product serial number where present, a fault description and useful diagnostic photos. Wait for return authorisation and packing instructions before sending the product.

Commercial warranty and service terms do not limit your statutory rights against the seller. Physical damage, installation errors and use outside the manufacturer’s specifications are assessed under the applicable terms; no repair turnaround or advance replacement is promised.

Is ATAGB10-9001 a complete computer or a GPU?

It is a complete GB10-based ARM64 AI computer. It is not a PCIe graphics card, bare motherboard or x86 component bundle.

Is 128GB the amount of dedicated GPU VRAM?

No. It is unified LPDDR5x shared by CPU and GPU. Operating-system software and working data consume part of that same capacity.

Does this configuration have a PCIe Gen5 SSD?

No. ATAGB10-9001 has a 4TB M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD. ATAGB10-9000 is a different Gen5-storage configuration.

Can I assume my existing x86 applications work?

No. Check ARM64 builds, supported containers and framework/driver versions. The documented system software is NVIDIA DGX OS based on Ubuntu Linux.

Does 128GB guarantee a particular model will fit?

No. Precision, context length, cache, batch size, framework overhead and available unified memory affect model fit and actual performance.

Are QSFP cables and workstation peripherals included?

The official contents list the computer, adapter and country-varying power cord. QSFP media, monitor, keyboard and mouse are not promised; confirm the correct mains lead for your region.
