This is the TR5/SP6 version. It is not an SP5, AM5, TR4 or SP3 cooler. Check motherboard CPU support, case clearance for 165 mm cooler height, memory clearance and PCIe slot clearance before ordering.

No. Noctua specifies this cooler for sTR5 and SP6 only.
Is thermal paste included?
Yes. NT-H2 is pre-applied to the heatsink base.
How many fans are included?
Two NF-A15 HS-PWM 140 mm fans are included.
What case clearance is required?
Plan for at least 165 mm CPU-cooler height, then check the case, memory and PCIe clearance.
What size is used for shipping estimates?
Noctua lists the product box as 227 x 223 x 142 mm / 1682 g. Shipping quotes use a separate 30 x 25 x 25 cm / 2.5 kg protective-packing allowance, not a manufacturer measurement. Actual parcels are measured before shipping-label purchase.
How is warranty handled?
