Keep your dated invoice and obtain approval before returning the card. Coverage requires normal use and installation according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. An optional paid warranty extension or advance-replacement service is not included.

How to start a claim: Contact Mineshop support with your order number, product serial number where present, a fault description and useful diagnostic photos. Wait for return authorisation and packing instructions before sending the product.

Is the SFF card the same as full-height RTX PRO 4000?

No. SFF is a 70W low-profile dual-slot model with PCIe 5.0 x8 electrical connectivity and Mini DisplayPort. Full-height uses different power, size and interfaces.

Is its 24GB memory GDDR6 or GDDR7?

This Blackwell SFF model has dedicated 24GB GDDR7 with ECC, not the older Ada SFF memory configuration.

Does low profile mean it occupies one slot?

No. The technical model is half-height/half-length and dual slot, 2.7in high by 6.6in long. Check both slot spacing and the exact bracket configuration.

Does it need a 16-pin auxiliary power cable?

The official SFF specification lists power connector N/A and 70W maximum power. Verify compatible powered PCIe host-slot support; do not apply the full-height model cable requirement.

Are its outputs full-size DisplayPort?

No. It uses four Mini DisplayPort 2.1b connectors. Choose compatible cables separately; display adapters are not promised in this SmallBox version.

Will any physical x8 slot fit this card?

Do not infer physical fit from the x8 electrical specification. Check the full-length edge connector, documented host-slot requirements, bracket, dual-slot clearance and firmware/driver support.
