RMA Process

Fill out this form with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

You receive a PDF by email — a printable RMA form to include inside your package when shipping the device to us.

Our team reviews your request within 24–48 business hours and sends approval + shipping instructions. DOA cases include a prepaid return label.

Ship the device with the printed RMA form inside the box. Once repaired or replaced, we ship it back — return delivery covered by Mineshop.
⚠️ Do NOT ship anything before receiving approval.
Hardware must be within the warranty period. Proof of purchase required.

Return shipping to our warehouse is your responsibility. Use a tracked service — we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Prepaid label provided
If your item arrived non-functional, we'll email you a prepaid return label with your RMA approval — no cost to you.

Return after repair / replacement Mineshop covers
Once your device is repaired or replaced, we ship it back at no extra charge. Delivery confirmation sent by email.
🏭 Direct Manufacturer Repair

Some ASIC miners (e.g. Bitmain Antminer, Canaan Avalon) support direct repair or replacement with the manufacturer. This can sometimes be faster.

Send us an email and we can guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process for your specific device.
