Is this a boxed CPU with a cooler?

No. This is the OEM/tray version of the processor. A retail cooler or boxed-CPU accessory bundle is not included; select cooling separately.

Which motherboard socket does it need?

Choose an AM5 motherboard. Socket matching is only the first check: verify this exact CPU in the board support list and the minimum BIOS version.

Can I use Kingston Server Premier ECC RDIMM memory?

No. The registered ECC DDR5 RDIMMs are a different memory type. This AM5 desktop platform uses DDR5 UDIMMs; check the exact board memory qualification and population rules.

Will DDR5 EXPO memory run at its advertised speed?

Do not assume so. CPU, BIOS, motherboard, kit and DIMM population affect the operating speed. EXPO is a profile, not a guarantee for every configuration.

Does this CPU determine the AI model I can run?

Not by itself. GPU VRAM, host memory, storage and software all matter. Consider the complete workload and system instead of treating the CPU model as an AI capability guarantee.

Is cryptocurrency mining income guaranteed?

No. No income or hash-rate promise accompanies this component. Mining economics depend on the algorithm, measured system performance, power costs and market conditions.
