📦 Industrial ASIC Miners — All Sales Final
All sales of industrial ASIC miners are final: they cannot be returned for a change of mind, opened or unopened. Home miners, FPGA miners, computer parts and other hardware can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the package is unopened and the item is unused.
- Why? Industrial ASIC miners are profit-generating equipment and their market value changes daily, so a sold unit cannot be taken back.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) is the only exception — must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with video evidence. DOA return shipping is covered by Mineshop.
- User damage (incorrect voltage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification) voids all warranty and return rights.
- Manufacturer warranty violations — devices operated outside manufacturer guidelines will not be accepted for RMA.
✅ What You Can Return
- Any unopened product except industrial ASIC miners (home miners, FPGA miners, computer parts and other hardware) — within 14 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging
- Incorrect items — if we sent the wrong product, we cover full return and reshipping
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) — ASIC miners only, reported within 3 business days with video/photo proof
- Faulty goods within warranty period — subject to RMA inspection by our technicians

Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the same or equivalent product, subject to stock availability and RMA approval.
Refunds processed to original payment method (card or bank transfer) once item received and inspected. Crypto payments refunded as store credit.
Faulty hardware within warranty period will be inspected and repaired or replaced by our technicians. Manufacturer warranty terms apply.
If your device is Dead on Arrival (reported within 3 business days), we cover the full return shipping cost. Evidence required (video + photos).
RMA Process — Step by Step
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). No returns accepted without prior approval.
Industrial ASIC miners are final sale. For unopened home miners, FPGA miners, computer parts and other hardware, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used ASIC miners cannot be returned for a change of mind — the only exception is DOA (Dead on Arrival), which must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with video evidence. Faults follow the warranty and DOA terms. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Prepare your order number, the item’s serial number (required) and a description of the fault. Add any photos or logs you already have. For a DOA claim, send the video separately as our team instructs. Do not reconnect faulty equipment or open a power supply.
For warranty or repair, open Warranty & repairs on our Contacts page. Sign in with the account you used to buy, find your order, and select one item and the request type. Enter the serial number and describe the issue. For an unopened 14-day return, or if you ordered as a guest or can’t find your order, email rma@mineshop.eu with your order number. Do not ship anything yet.
📝 Submit RMA Request →You receive a reference and a confirmation when you submit. This is not an approval. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Wait for our written approval and shipping instructions. For paid work, you first accept an exact quote that includes any VAT.
Ship only to the address in your approval and follow its packing instructions. Put the printed RMA form inside the box and write the RMA reference clearly on the outside. For an approved warranty return, you can buy return shipping in your account or use your own tracked courier. Do not use standard post. Non-EU returns need our customs paperwork before shipping.
We email you when we receive the item and about the repair, the outcome and tracking. We inspect items within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Repair times vary. Shipping charges and prepaid DOA labels follow the instructions for your case.
Shipping Your Return
Important requirements to ensure your return is accepted
- ✅ Use a tracked and insured courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS recommended). Do not use standard postal service.
- ✅ Include the printed RMA form, the original purchase invoice and a written description of the reason for return inside the package. Pack the item and all supplied accessories in the original packaging, inside a sturdy, cushioned outer box. If the original packaging is missing, contact rma@mineshop.eu before shipping.
- ✅ Write your RMA number on the outside of the box — packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- ✅ Non-EU shipments: contact rma@mineshop.eu before shipping. The approved goods, serial numbers and values must match the original export documents. Follow the customs instructions we send you. If paper documents are required, print three copies of the return customs invoice and sign and date them. Attach them with the supporting documents in an accessible pouch on the outside of the parcel. They are not submitted electronically.
- ⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for DOA items or our shipping errors.
- ⚠️ Items damaged in return transit (due to poor packaging) may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (card or bank transfer)
- Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin via BTCPay and USDC on Polygon) are refunded as store credit. Payment Policy.
- Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay refunds follow card refund timelines (5–10 business days)
- Partial refunds may apply if items are not returned in original condition
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (original outbound shipping)
