2. User Accounts

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older and provide valid contact information. Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Affiliate Program

Eligibility: Affiliates must be 18+ and reside in an eligible country. Approval is at the sole discretion of Mineshop.eu.
Earnings: Earn commissions on qualifying purchases made via your unique affiliate link. Payments are made once your balance reaches the minimum threshold.
Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all marketing methods comply with legal and ethical standards.

4. Transactions & Verification

Purchase Verification: To prevent fraud, we may require additional documentation. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation.
Security: Mineshop.eu employs advanced security protocols to protect your transactions.

5. Product Information & Availability

Pricing & Availability: Prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, and availability is not guaranteed at the time of your order.
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images but cannot guarantee they are always up-to-date or error-free.

6. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation: Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency mining products, orders generally cannot be canceled after being placed.
Refunds: Refunds are available only under specific conditions, such as defects covered by warranty.

ASIC Miner Return Policy

No Refunds: ASIC miners are sold under specific conditions and are non-refundable.
Dead on Arrival (DOA): We cover return shipping for devices that are DOA. Report this issue immediately.
3-Day Rule: If no fault is reported within 3 days, responsibility for the device lies with the buyer.
User Damage: Devices damaged due to misuse will not be covered. Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Mineshop.eu is not responsible for any downtime during repairs. As ASIC miners are used for investment purposes, we do not assume responsibility for financial losses or delays during the repair process.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch: Orders are shipped from Ireland, with options for Hong Kong and Dubai depending on product and location.
EU Shipments: No customs fees for shipments within the EU, and Mineshop.eu handles customs requirements.
Non-EU Shipments: Additional customs charges may apply. Contact your local customs office for more details.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

No Responsibility for Mining Losses:
mineshop.eu does not take any responsibility for any losses incurred in mining activities, whether these losses occur during the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process or due to any other issues with the hardware.
No Guarantee of Mining Rewards:
mineshop.eu does not guarantee any mining rewards. We sell mining hardware as equipment used for investment purposes, but we do not sell the investments themselves. Mining outcomes depend on various factors outside our control.
Volatility of ASIC Miner Prices:
ASIC miner prices are highly volatile and can fluctuate by as much as 70% in a single day. As a result of this extreme price volatility, we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases.
No Responsibility for Delivery Delays:
mineshop.eu does not take any responsibility for delivery delays that may occur. Any delays in delivery, which could result in mining time loss, are beyond our control and we cannot be held liable for any associated losses.
