Welcome to Mineshop.eu, operated by Mining Hardware Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Reg: 596721, VAT: IE 3454456JH). By accessing our website, browsing products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Mineshop.eu. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at mineshop.eu/page/terms-conditions.

• Price fluctuation: Mining hardware prices, especially ASIC miners, are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly — sometimes by as much as 70% in a single day. Prices displayed at the time of browsing are not guaranteed until payment is completed and your order is confirmed.
• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we cannot guarantee all information is always up-to-date or completely error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Availability: Stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of order. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or full refund.
• EU Pricing: Prices shown include or exclude VAT as indicated. EU customers may see VAT applied at checkout based on their country of delivery.
• Currency: Prices are listed in EUR by default. Other currencies (GBP, USD) are shown for convenience and are converted at current exchange rates.

• Fraud prevention: We may request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing high-value orders. Failure to provide documentation may result in order cancellation.
• Crypto payments: Cryptocurrency payments are final. Due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued as store credit only.
• Bank transfers: Orders paid by bank transfer are only processed after funds have cleared. Processing time: 1–3 business days.

• Order confirmation: An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraud concerns.
• Cancellation policy: Due to the volatile nature of mining hardware markets, orders generally cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at info@mineshop.eu — cancellation is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.
• Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer availability. Estimated dispatch dates are not guaranteed. You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch and receive a full refund.
• Order changes: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or items ordered.

• Dispatch: Orders are shipped primarily from Ireland. Some products ship from Hong Kong or Dubai depending on stock location — you will be notified.
• EU shipments: Mineshop.eu handles all EU customs requirements. No additional customs fees for EU customers.
• Non-EU shipments: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country’s customs authority.
• Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.
• Delays: Mineshop.eu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events. We will assist in investigation, but cannot be held liable for mining income lost during delays.

All products sold by Mineshop.eu are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. In addition, EU consumers have statutory rights under EU consumer law.

• Items must not be returned without an RMA number. Packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
• Warranty does not cover: physical damage, liquid damage, incorrect voltage operation, or unauthorised modifications
• Mineshop.eu is not responsible for downtime or mining income losses during warranty repairs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineshop.eu’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

• Eligibility: Affiliates must be 18 years or older and reside in an eligible country. Participation is subject to approval at the sole discretion of Mineshop.eu.
• Commissions: Earn commissions on qualifying purchases made via your unique affiliate link. Commission rates are communicated at the time of approval and may change with notice.
• Payment threshold: Commissions are paid once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Payment method and schedule are communicated separately.
• Compliance: Affiliates must ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable advertising laws, including clear disclosure of affiliate relationships (e.g., “#ad” or “affiliate link”).
• Prohibited: Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or any deceptive marketing tactics. Violation results in immediate termination and forfeiture of outstanding commissions.
• Termination: Mineshop.eu reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for policy violations or business reasons.

We collect and process personal data necessary for processing your orders, managing your account, and improving our services. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Irish data protection law.

By using Mineshop.eu, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) by contacting us at info@mineshop.eu.

• Governing law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Mineshop.eu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
• EU consumers: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
• Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using Mineshop.eu.
• Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mining Hardware Limited.
