Mineshop.eu is operated by Mining Hardware Limited, Ireland. This page explains our current payment options, payment confirmation and invoices. Please also read our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
Payment methods
Choose one of the available methods at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay availability depends on the options shown by Revolut for your device and payment session.

Currencies, prices and VAT
Checkout calculations and fiat order totals are in EUR. The catalogue can show indicative conversions in USD, GBP, CAD, CHF, SEK, PLN and AED; these are not separate settlement currencies. For Bitcoin or USDC, use the cryptocurrency amount quoted on the payment page rather than converting the total yourself.
Prices are shown excluding or including VAT as labelled. The VAT display toggle does not change the applicable tax treatment. Review the final checkout total, including any applicable VAT and delivery charges, before paying. VAT treatment depends on the order details, including the delivery country.
Payment and order confirmation
Placing an order, reaching a success page or sending a payment does not by itself mean that the order is paid. Payment is recognised only after the method-specific checks above. Under our Terms & Conditions, an order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email; that email is separate from verification of payment. Bank-transfer orders are not processed for dispatch until funds have cleared.

Invoices
Invoices are issued by Mining Hardware Limited, Ireland, trading as Mineshop.eu (company registration 596721; VAT number IE 3454456JH). Please enter accurate billing details at checkout. If you need an invoice or help with billing information, contact us with your order number.
Payment security
Card details are handled through Revolut's checkout, not stored on Mineshop's servers. Mineshop does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Use the payment page reached from our checkout and never send card details by email or through the contact form. Our checkout uses HTTPS.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligibility for cancellation, return or refund is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights. Contact us before returning an item; the Return Policy requires prior return authorisation (RMA).
For eligible refunds, our existing policies provide for refund to the original card or bank payment method. They specify store credit for cryptocurrency payments. Please read the linked policies for the applicable conditions and refund process, and contact us if you need clarification before paying.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Revolut account?
No Revolut bank account is required to pay by card through Revolut's checkout. Use the card or wallet options actually offered in your payment session.
My payment is pending. Should I pay again?
Do not send a duplicate payment while you are unsure of the first payment's status. Contact us with your order number and payment reference so we can check it. Do not include card numbers or security codes.
Can I pay USDC using a different network?
No. The current USDC method is for Polygon only. Use the token, network, address and exact amount shown for your order. If the payment page has expired or you sent an incorrect or late payment, contact us for review rather than sending more funds.
Does payment confirmation mean immediate dispatch?
No. Payment verification and dispatch are separate steps. Dispatch depends on the product's availability and delivery details. See our Delivery / Shipping Policy.
