⚠️ ASIC Miner Hardware — No Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are NOT accepted for ASIC miner hardware. This applies to all Bitcoin miners, SHA-256 ASIC miners, and specialist mining equipment sold on Mineshop.eu.
- Why? ASIC miners are profit-generating equipment. Their market value is extremely volatile — prices can fluctuate significantly within a single day. Returns would be subject to commercial exploitation.
- DOA (Dead on Arrival) is the only exception — must be reported within 3 days of delivery with video evidence. DOA return shipping is covered by Mineshop.
- User damage (incorrect voltage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification) voids all warranty and return rights.
- Manufacturer warranty violations — devices operated outside manufacturer guidelines will not be accepted for RMA.
✅ What You Can Return
- Unopened computer hardware (non-ASIC) — within 14 days of delivery, in original sealed packaging
- Incorrect items — if we sent the wrong product, we cover full return and reshipping
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) — ASIC miners only, reported within 3 days with video/photo proof
- Faulty goods within warranty period — subject to RMA inspection by our technicians

Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the same or equivalent product, subject to stock availability and RMA approval.
Refunds processed to original payment method (card or bank transfer) once item received and inspected. Crypto payments refunded as store credit.
Faulty hardware within warranty period will be inspected and repaired or replaced by our technicians. Manufacturer warranty terms apply.
If your device is Dead on Arrival (reported within 3 days), we cover the full return shipping cost. Evidence required (video + photos).
RMA Process — Step by Step
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). No returns accepted without prior approval.
Verify your item qualifies for return (see eligible items above). ASIC miners are non-refundable — DOA exceptions only. Ensure you are within the 14-day window (non-ASIC) or 3-day DOA window (ASIC).
Before contacting us, prepare: order number, photos of the item and packaging, video demonstrating the fault (essential for DOA claims), log files if applicable (mining software errors, hash rate logs). The more evidence, the faster your RMA.
Fill out the RMA request form on our Contacts page. Include your order number, description of the issue, and attach all evidence. Do not ship anything yet — you need an RMA number first.
📝 Submit RMA Request →Our technician will review your submission and respond within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive: an RMA number, the return shipping address, and specific packaging instructions. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
Package the item securely in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the original purchase invoice. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship with a tracked and insured courier. For non-EU shipments, declare as “Return for Repair — value USD 1”.
Once received, our team will inspect the item within 5 business days. You will be notified of the outcome: refund, exchange, or repair. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Your Return
Important requirements to ensure your return is accepted
- ✅ Use a tracked and insured courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS recommended). Do not use standard postal service.
- ✅ Include the original purchase invoice and a written description of the reason for return inside the package.
- ✅ Write your RMA number on the outside of the box — packages without RMA numbers will be refused.
- ✅ Non-EU shipments: Declare customs value as USD 1 — “Return for Repair” to avoid customs duties. Do not declare full value.
- ⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for DOA items or our shipping errors.
- ⚠️ Items damaged in return transit (due to poor packaging) may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.
