1. Warehouse Locations
We ship from strategically located warehouses to minimise delivery time and customs delays
Ireland — EU Warehouse
Dundalk, Co Louth & Dublin 11. All EU orders ship from here — no customs, no delays, full EU consumer protection. Ships within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Latvia — EU Warehouse
Our second EU fulfilment hub. Some orders — particularly for Central and Eastern Europe — may be dispatched from Latvia for faster delivery. Still within the EU: zero customs, same consumer rights.
Hong Kong — By Request Only
Available on special request for specific product lines or large orders. If your order ships from Hong Kong, you will be informed in advance. Delivery times and customs charges differ — contact us before ordering.
Which warehouse ships your order?
EU orders ship from Ireland or Latvia depending on stock and your location. You will always receive full tracking from the actual dispatch location. Ireland is the default for most orders.

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date, not from order date. Processing time (payment verification, packaging) is typically 1–2 business days and is separate from delivery time.
4. EU Customers
Shopping from within the European Union — the simplest experience
- ✅ No customs fees — Ireland is within the EU, so there are no import duties for EU customers
- ✅ VAT included — prices shown include applicable VAT for your country (or can be zero-rated for verified EU businesses)
- ✅ EU consumer rights — full protection under EU consumer law, including 14-day return right for eligible items
- ✅ Express option available — 1–2 business days to most EU destinations via DHL Express
- ✅ Tracking via DHL/FedEx — live tracking link sent by email once dispatched
5. 0% VAT for EU Businesses
EU-registered companies can purchase with 0% VAT
Enter your company VAT number at checkout. It will be validated in real time against the EU VIES database. Format example: DE123456789, FR12345678901, NL123456789B01.
Payment must originate from your company’s registered bank account. This is required to satisfy Irish VAT reverse-charge documentation requirements.
The delivery address must match or be associated with your registered business. Delivery to private addresses may invalidate the VAT exemption claim.
Once all conditions are verified, your invoice will show 0% VAT with the reverse-charge reference. A full VAT invoice is issued for your accounting records.
6. Non-EU & International Orders
Important information for customers outside the European Union
- Customs & import duties: All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Customs clearance: We provide all necessary commercial invoices and documentation with every shipment to facilitate customs clearance. Declared values reflect the actual product value — we do not under-declare.
- UK customers: Since Brexit, the UK is treated as a non-EU destination. Import VAT and customs duties (typically 0% for electronics) may apply at UK border. DHL/FedEx handle UK customs clearance automatically.
- USA & Canada: Mining equipment is generally importable without restrictions. Customs duties vary — check with your local customs office before ordering.
- Restricted countries: We do not ship to countries subject to EU/UN trade sanctions. Contact us if you are unsure about your country.
- Returns from non-EU: If returning items for warranty/RMA from outside the EU, declare the shipment as “Return for Repair — value USD 1” to avoid re-import duties. Use DHL or FedEx only (no postal service).

The exact shipping cost depends on the destination country, package weight, and chosen service. The final cost is always shown before payment. No hidden fees.
8. Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your shipment from dispatch to delivery
You receive an order confirmation email immediately. Payment is verified within 1 business day (instant for card/Revolut; 1–3 days for bank transfer).
Once your order is packed and collected by DHL/FedEx, you receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Use your tracking number at dhl.com/track or fedex.com/fedextrack. You can also track from your Mineshop.eu account under My Orders.
High-value orders require a signature on delivery. If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a delivery notice and attempt re-delivery or offer collection from a local depot.
9. Packaging & Insurance
How we protect your hardware in transit
- All orders are packed in the original manufacturer packaging where available, plus additional protective outer packaging for transit
- Heavy or fragile items are packed with appropriate cushioning materials to prevent damage during shipping
- Every shipment is insured for the full declared value through DHL or FedEx carrier insurance
- If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not sign for it without noting the damage on the delivery receipt. Photograph the damage before opening. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If your package arrives with concealed damage (damage discovered after opening), contact us within 3 business days with photos and video evidence
10. Delays & Lost Shipments
What happens if your delivery is delayed or lost
- Delivery delays: Mineshop.eu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will investigate and assist but cannot guarantee compensation for mining income lost during delays.
- Customs delays: Non-EU shipments may be held at customs for inspection. Customs processing time is determined entirely by the destination country’s authorities. We provide all necessary documentation to facilitate clearance.
- Lost shipments: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@mineshop.eu. We will open an official investigation with the carrier. Lost shipments are covered by carrier insurance.
- Wrong address: Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Mineshop.eu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may incur a fee.
