Is this a full-size desktop UDIMM?

No. It is a 262-pin ECC SODIMM, the small-outline form factor. It will not fit full-size 288-pin DIMM slots on desktop or server boards.

Will it work in an ordinary laptop?

Usually not. Most laptops use non-ECC SODIMM slots. Use it only in systems whose documentation lists ECC DDR5 SODIMM support.

Is this registered memory?

No. It is unbuffered ECC memory. Registered DDR5 RDIMMs are a different module type and must not be mixed with this part.
