Platform compatibility checklist

Desktop DDR5 UDIMM slots only. This kit does not fit DDR4 boards and does not work in RDIMM-only servers.
Without enabling EXPO or XMP in the BIOS, the modules run at the JEDEC default DDR5-4800 CL40-39-39 at 1.1V.
Check the motherboard memory support list; DDR5-6000 is a common sweet spot for AMD AM5 and is supported by many Intel boards.
This is non-ECC memory (on-die ECC only). Workstations that require ECC UDIMM or RDIMM need a different product.

Frequently asked questions

Is this one 16GB module or two modules?

Two 8GB modules, 16GB total. Install them in the dual-channel slots recommended in your motherboard manual.

Why does the kit show 4800 MT/s after installation?

That is the JEDEC default. Enable the AMD EXPO or Intel XMP profile in the BIOS to run the tested DDR5-6000 CL36 settings.

Does it work on Intel and AMD platforms?

Yes. The modules carry both AMD EXPO v1.0 and Intel XMP 3.0 profiles. Rated speed still depends on CPU and board support.

Is this ECC memory for servers?

No. It is non-ECC desktop memory with DDR5 on-die ECC only. Servers needing ECC UDIMM or RDIMM need a different product.

Can I add a second kit later for 32GB?

Four modules may need lower speed or looser timings. For 32GB, a single 2 × 16GB kit is the more reliable route.

Can this RAM add to the VRAM of my graphics card?

No. System memory and GPU memory are separate resources. Plan host memory and GPU VRAM independently around the models and software you intend to run.
